Hi, I have serious sun tan on my arms. I have tried applying sunscreen spf30 from days no effect. Also I know that sunscreen only blocks uva and uvb but what should I do if I am already tanned any cream or scrub that can help in a cost effective way. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
