No matter what your skin type is, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or greater. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply it every two hours ? or more often if you're swimming or perspiring.
Use sun screen when you are going out.
Or cover the skin with mask and cloves and you can avoid sunscreen lotion.
Spf 30 does not have any effect. Take spf 100.

Actually, it depends on your skin type. In indian conditions spf 30 is more than enough. But at present senerio, spf 50 is compulsary. And cipla, rambaxy, Dr. Reddy, gsk. All these are leading brands in india providing very good sunscreen.
