Hi doctor, can I use antiseptic liquids dettol, suthol & savlon to bathe my newborn?

Hi doctor, can I use antiseptic liquids dettol, suthol & savlon to bathe my newborn?
Dear sir, usually not recommended because newborn babies are more prone to skin allergies. An allergic reaction occurs when the body has an adverse response to a usually harmless substance, such as a soap or a specific food. Babies have sensitive skin, which makes them more likely than adults to develop a rash. Even a slight irritation to a baby's skin may be enough to trigger a rash. Keep in touch for specific concern.
