Information about Strepsils Regular Tablet

Strepsils is a soothing and medicated lozenge which contains active medical ingredients to tackle sore throat pain deep down.
Strepsils Sore Throat & Cough is a combination of two antiseptics (2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg, Amylmetacresol 0.6mg) and Levomenthol (a mild local anaesthetic).
Strepsils sore throat and cough provide dual relief from sore throat and dry, tickly coughs and associated symptoms such as nasal congestion. It provides effective dual action to soothe your sore throat for up to 2 hours
Unlike non-medicated lozenges or sweets, Strepsils provides clinically proven relief which lasts for long after the lozenge has gone.

Warning
Should be used by Adults and children over 6 years only.

Directions of use:
Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 - 3 hours as required, up to a maximum of 12 lozenges in 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose.

You change your life style which will help you to gain weight.Eat more food more frequently.Drink whole cream milk or milk shake 300 ml/day.Take banana 3-4pcs/day.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Add cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly,ghee with foods extra.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ice cream.Eat more fish,egg,meat,soy milk,soybean,soy product,cottage cheese,mushroom,lentil,yogurt.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.No water just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Do exercise like weight lifting and muscle building exercise which will help you to gain weight.Take proper rest.

Do regular exercise like push up,yoga,plank.Eat small amount of food.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Use watery vegetables,whole fruits.Take protein foods to reduce extra weight.Use healthy fat in cooking.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use lukewarm water after meals.Do not sleep immediately after meals.

1. Stay away from Dust and Pollution. 2. Increase your immunity, eat plenty of Fruits and vegetables. 3. Kee Hydrated. Drink plenty of water and soups. 4. Exercise - Make it a habit to exercise or run for 45 minutes daily. This will improve your immunity. 5. Green Tea - Drink green Tea and coffee, They contain flavnoids and will. Improve your immunity. 6. Multivitamin - A good multivitamin of Antioxidants will also help you avoid cold and allergies. 7. Avoid eating outside food. 8.
