Sinomet S contains saline also known as sodium chloride. A newborn with a stuffy nose may snort when breathing and sound snuffly. in the first few days of life because in the womb they were surrounded by fluid. It is common for babies aged less than 6 months to have a blocked nose (commonly called snuffles ). This is usually due to normal mucus that collects in the nose, which is difficult for the baby to clear. Sinomet S drops thin the mucus and so make it easier for the baby to clear the mucus from the nose. Sinomet S is a safe and effective remedy for blocked nose in babies without any major side effects.
If only ch sinusitis with polyp, then budamate inhalation is not indicated, as it is for asthma. Take ennhale nasal spray 1 spray each nostril/day with glemont fx 1 tab with breakfast for 2 month. For polyp consult ent for need of operation.
For this you need to come and consult as you are saying the shape of nostrils are unequal for sneezing at present you start the medicine allium cepa 30 dilution 10 drops in half cup of water at night for 3 days ok.
