You may try using the product .. but if all this is not effective .. kindly get a full mouth x-ray done to understand the condition of tooth to bone to gums .. so as to give you proper diagnosis .to the problem that you are suffering and what all can be done .. as in flap surgery ,currettage , gingivectomy .etc ..

Kindly forward x ray (opg,) if possible for best treatment. Desensitizing treatment by a dentist will help reduce sensitivity. Thremoseal ra tooth paste for senitivity, apply paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .then brush your teeth with the same paste. Massage with sensoform gum paint to improve strength of the gums.

Well rinse your mouth with warm salt water, apply fenugreek paste, you need proper homeopathic treatment.

Warm saline water with pinch of salt in it- gargle 3-4 times daily sensoform gum paint to b applied locally.

Cause of discoloration ? smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc.) genetics. You may have a yellow bacterial film called ?plaque? that occurs naturally in mouth that can build up. If not removed it hardens to form tartar. Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use sensoform gum paint & snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.
