Sensa Forte Capsule

Sir, I am 45 years old having depression since last 10 years. I am using lamotrigine 200 mg and paroxetine 50 mg since last 4 years after lamotrigine introduced along with paroxetine I felt some improvement in mood approx 50% still lot of room for improvement. Anti depressant alone could not make much help. I am facing problem of erectile dysfunction (ed) and low libido problem since long, which is effecting my family life kindly advise safe add on medication to overcome this problem.
