According to my experience of its not going with sensitive paste then we have to further look for the probable causes. Get an x-ray and get it thoroughly checked with the dentist.

The toothpaste will never fill or restore your cavity, kindly get your tooth restored or get an x-ray done as according to me you might require an RCT for that tooth.

you can try using senquel f (dr reddy) apply over affected area for 3 to 5 minutes.. and after that brush your teeth with same paste..if senstivity is persistent.. then kindly get yourself checked to with dentist so as to get a proper treatment ..

Hello lybrate-user precautionary if you do not have fluorosis then 3m clinpro 5000 1.1% toothpaste (its expensive than the other tooth paste availabe in the market) or enafix toothpaste. Reduces risk for cavity and make enamel strong also 1. Correct brushing technique 2.flossing daily 3. Use of mouthwash like chlorohexidine, hydrogen peroxide, or betadine or salt water rinses 4.use of interdental brushes 5. Gum paints like stolin. Metrohex plus gel.

Colgate total 12. But you need to visit for filling of those teeth coz the paste will not fill the cavity it will keep your breadth fresh so that new cavities will not start.
