I will suggest you to not to take any supplement. Because you cannot take supplement for whole life .and if you leave them they will start showing their side effects. Which are worse and difficult to recover.

Thanks for writing. As per my personal opinion goes many researches are being conducted on this topic. Bcaas (leucine in particular) is known to activate mtor, which in turn, increases insulin (up to 220%). Many doctors does not recommend this drink in diabetes as chronically stimulating the pancreas to release this large amount of insulin can cause insulin resistance. I am expecting answer for this question from a nutritionist or person who has good knowledge about bodybuilding supplements. What is the difference between bcaa and amino. Which one is better. I am already taking scivation extend bcaa and looking for a change. Should I change to some other brand bcaa or I can change to amino.

Bcaa are a type of amino acid. Amino acid is building block of protein. Bcaa are generally recommend for muscle building. However a normal protein supplement has a combination of bcaa and amino acid. But a specific supplement has more concentration of bcaa which is now days recommended for muscle building.

Is it any harm for taking bcaa and whey protein. Am taking bcaa pre and during my work out and whey protein after my work out .is it beneficial or not.
