Bcaa are a type of amino acid. Amino acid is building block of protein. Bcaa are generally recommend for muscle building. However a normal protein supplement has a combination of bcaa and amino acid. But a specific supplement has more concentration of bcaa which is now days recommended for muscle building.

Is it any harm for taking bcaa and whey protein. Am taking bcaa pre and during my work out and whey protein after my work out .is it beneficial or not.

I would also suggest you to avoid any citrus fruit or fruit juice as during dengue your platelets will be low and any citrus fruit can trigger acidity and inturn may cause bleeding.
