I am taking supplement Last 9 months. Is it any side effect or is it problem in infertility? Supplement are 6 pack nutrition max muscle quad pro and bulk.

It depends on how much quantity of protein you taking in entire day from supplements as well as diet. Excess protein can harm your body in many ways. But if you are taking in desired quantities and under expert guidance, protein supplements will not harm you.

Hi lybrate-user, here are some healthy meal options for you: / Oatmeal: There is still much debate whether it?s good for you or not. But the fact is that oatmeal tastes great and it keeps you fuller for so much longer than any other food. It?s also filled with fiber. Make sure to opt for plain oats rather than the flavored kind, as the latter is filled with artificial flavoring and sugar. / Almonds: These are rich in monosaturated fat and contain Vitamin E. Together they combat belly fat and help reduce cholesterol. / Olive Oil: Whenever you?re cooking, try to include more olive oil. The hormones present in olive oil trick your brain into thinking that your stomach is full. You could even try consuming a tablespoon of olive oil 15-20 minutes before your dinner in order to eat less. / Green vegetable: Including green vegetables, like kale, lettuce and spinach during your lunch and snack time, in order to feel fuller for longer and to prevent yourself from going in for something unhealthy. / Dark chocolate: It is filled with zinc and other goodness that help increase body?s satiety levels. Food is the best medicine healthy balanced diet along with healthy life style and proper rest are the keys of good health. Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of any thing in difference of 2-3 hours like 1 small stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Quit smoking or drinking if any Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight. Consult me privately for customized diet plan.
