Hello lybrate-user, best soap for bathing depends upon tfm (total fatty matter). Higher the tfm, better is the soap. Therefore, grade 1 soaps are better as they have more than 75% of tfm. Grade 2 and grade 3 has tfm value 70% and 60% respectively.

Avoid using such creams specially when you have dry & sensitive skin. The best way you can maintain your skin tone is to use a good sunscreen in morning and a simple skin lightening cream in night like Demelan lite. If it suits your skin then you can also use exfoliating facewash once or twice a week.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1.
