Hello, Thanks for the query. In hypothyroidism, it is essential to maintain TSH between 3 to 4 mU/l, at that level, most of the symptoms are in check. Hair loss usually is the last symptom to improve. Since there is no mention of either TSH level or Levothyroxine dosage, so difficult to comment. Thanks.

Hello hairloss in females have many causes like low iron /hb , Harmonal imbalance, pcod- irregular periods, stress , post delivery, etc..
