SBL Ferrum Metallicum 0/8 LM

This homeopathic drug is prepared from the metal Iron. It is suitable for young anemic individuals who are oversensitive, weak but still appear to be healthy (chubby), red-faced. The tendency to bleeding in all complaints with bright red blood that easily clots. It helps in resolving following complaints:

Mind
Gets irritable on slightest noise.
Oversensitive ears.

Face-
Dizziness on looking at moving water
A toothache better by icy cold water
Oversensitive, cannot bear the slightest pain, emotion or exertion leads to redness of face

Stomach
Increased appetite or just does not eat at all. Stomach feels like a leather bag in which nothing is retained.
Does not like sour foods, cannot digest eggs
Burps things eaten
Vomiting soon after eats anything without nausea. Throws up in mouthfuls.
Loose motions with undigested food especially at night, while eating or drinking
Severe constipation with prolapse of rectum in children, complete lack of urge to pass stools

Respiratory
Difficulty in breathing
A dry cough causing pain at base of skull
Coughing of blood (hemoptysis).
A cough only during the day which is relieved by lying down and eating.

Female
Menses stop for a day or two and then return
A menstrual cycle is very long with heavy, bright red bleeding for many days that contains big clots.
