SBL Dulcamara 0/18 LM

This homeopathic remedy is prepared from the Solanum Dulcamara plant above the woody portion just before the flowering. It is indicated for the following condition-

Complaints during damp weather and hot days with cold nights.

Skin
Ringworm in scalp with thick brown crusts
Itching during cold, damp weather
Herpes zoster
Urticaria
Warts- large, smooth on palms
Eczema with thick, yellow colored crust.
Rash on skin before menses

Abdomen
Thirst for cold water
Urge to pass motions with nausea
Aversion to food
Loose motion- green, slimy with mucus in damp weather
Nausea with desire to pass feces
Shivering during vomiting
Cutting pain about the umbilicus
Nose stuffs up in cold rain
Glands- adenoids enlarged.

Respiratory
Winter coughs, dry, teasing.
Asthma with dyspnoea.
Loose, rattling cough; worse wet weather.
Must cough a long time to expel phlegm.
A cough after physical exertion

Joints
Pain in small of back, as after long stooping
Stiffness and lameness across neck and shoulders, after getting cold and wet
Paralyzed limbs, feet icy cold
Warts on hands. Perspiration on palms of hands
Rheumatic symptoms after acute skin eruptions

Dose- As prescribed by the physician. Can be taken along with allopathic medicines.

Precautions
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
