SBL drops no. 10 is an in-house clinically proven homeopathic formulation which relieves the signs & symptoms associated with change of life in women with Hot flashes, palpitations, night sweats irritability, anxiety, mood swings, depression, insomnia, headache, dry vagina, difficulty concentrating, mental confusion stress incontinence, urge incontinence, osteoporotic symptoms.

Composition: Cimicifuga racemosa 3x, Arnica montana 3x, Crataegus oxyacantha Q, Janosia ashoka 3x, Sanguinaria canadensis 3x.

Recommended Dosage: 10 drops in the 1/4th cup of water 4 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.


Side effects- No side effects are known.

Precautions:
1. Maintain half an hour gap between food/drinks/other medications and the prescribed homeopathic medicine.
2. While on homeopathic medication, there shouldn t be any strong smell like that of an onion, garlic, camphor, coffee, hing, in your mouth.
3. Avoid use of alcohol and tobacco while on homeopathic medication.
4. Store homeopathic remedies away from strong odors such as menthol, mint, camphor, essential oils, lip balm, deep heat liniments, cough lozenges, chewing gum, aromatic toothpaste, chemical fumes, perfumes etc.

Hi Krishna, initially you have to be on diet rich in flavanoids, calcium, soya so that it will help. Even if symptoms are persistent then need to put on medication. Hormonal therapy have many side effect so decision has to be taken on risk benefits ratio.
