This remedy is prepared from the root of the Wild Yam plant. This homeopathic mother tincture is especially useful in the following conditions-

Abdomen

Gall stone colic- severe pain due to gallstones which compels the patient to bend double.
Flatulence
Belching of offensive gas
The mouth has a bitter or sour taste.
Pain shifts places, from the abdomen to fingers, from liver upwards towards nipples, gall bladder to arms and back.
Sinking sensation in the pit of stomach with hiccups
Pain in upper part of abdomen better by standing upright

Heart

Angina, feeble function of heart
