I am suffering from sciatica pain nerve compression due to l4l5s1 disk bulge. I am taking ruta g, guaiacum, cimicifug...
Sad to hear about your pain as you mentioned your problem is related to your lower back and disc l4 l5. And it can be because of your either posture or prolonged forward bending activities during day forward bending lead to bulging of the disc. I would suggest you to continue with your tablets also I will recommend you to visit the nearest physical therapy clinic. A physiotherapist is an expert in dealing with such kind of mechanical low back pain and disc problems. If you don't have physical therapy clinic near by you can try the following 1. Mckenzie back extension exercise (. S search it on google) 2. Rest 3. Avoid forward bending 4. Avoid heavy weight lifting 5. Apply local ointment like volini 6. Hot water bag fomentation thrice day if pain still persists you need consultation of physiotherapist hope this will help you thank you.
