Almond , Raisin , Date with Milk is great for stamina.
For Almond milk , Soak * almonds, Gind them and mix with 180 ml milk . Take 1 hour after BF/ Dinner.
Boil 6 Raisins/ 4 dates in milk for 4-5 minutes at low flame. Consume after 1 hour of Dinner ( about 09:30 PM) .
