Rhyme Syrup is an ayurvedic product which is a natural and safe remedy for cold & associated cough. It overcomes congestion in nasal passage, soothes respiratory passage, helps to improve expectoration (expel phlegm or matter from nose) and reduces feverish sensation and body ache.
Rhyme syrup contains herbal ingredients such as talispatra, Miri, Sunthi, Pimpli, Yashtinadhu, Tulsi, Velchi and Dalchini. These ingredients have cooling, pungent effect that relieves throat irritation, cold, cough, asthma & fever associated with cold. It is also helpful in expectoration by thinning and loosening mucus in the airways, clearing congestion, and making breathing easier.

Rhyme Syrup is recommended in sneezing, Cough associated with cold in children, Feverishness, body ache, sore throat.

Directions of use:
Infants : 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful 2 or 3 times a day,
Children : 1 to 2 teaspoonful 2 or 3 times a day.

Use under medical supervision.

Include variety in food, because children attract variety of food, you have to control for using mobile phone. Also don't introduce out side food like chips, kurkure etc. Also include 1 fruit daily basis for vitamins and minerals.

My son is 3 years & 11 months old he always repeat what ever we say same thing repeat he always like to watch rhymes he always sings rhymes in home we generally speak Telugu and English but if we say something will not focus at all and is there any problem and required speech therapy and we feel that he is not able to understand how to answer. Please suggest anything wrong in my baby.

At this age child is quote competent to express himself. It appears he lacks in this field. Alone speech therapy is not helpful. His wt 13 lbs is very-very low even if I take it as 13 kg, he is under wt. He requires thorough examination.
