Hi, Anemia is when your hemoglobin is below 11 or 12. Dietary iron rich sources are Halim seeds (Soaked and had with lemon), Dark green leafy vegetables, Date, anjeer ,Red Poha, Bajra, Watermelon etc. Any other iron supplement can be tried like Dexorange or Raricap. Drink a glass of water every hour to avoid headaches.

I am 21 old female. My periods gets delayed for about 3-4 days which is normal. But this month, its been 11 days and my periods hasn't started. Earlier, doctor suggested me Rubired Suspension Syrup for regular periods, but that syrup is no longer available in the market and so the chemist gave Raricap L Suspension saying that its from the same company. Actually, my dad bought the syrup and so he can't ask for details about it. Now its been 3 days I'm taking the syrup, still no periods. I really wanna know, if that syrup would realy help me with regular periods. I'm unmarried.

Despura kids nano is vit d3 drop recommend to give till 1 year of age as supplement raricap drop iron folic acid drop recommend to give upto 6 months of age but it can be give upto 1 year of age as supplement.

Hello Doctor, My baby is now 6 months old, he is 6 kg born 1 month pre-term with 1.8 kg. He is taking nanpro1 from past 2 months. Doctor suggested to give rapgrow drop and lactodex hmf sachet, but these medicines are really tough to get in the market and I don't see any review for rapgrow. Will it be safe? As the baby growth is good both length and weight and if developmentally normal, you can stop giving rapgrow and lactodex hmf. Continue with zincovit and iron drops. And important is to give vit d3 (ultra d3) drops 1ml once daily till 1 year of age as we see vit d defeciency very commonly. Start on the weaning diet and iron rich foods so that you can slowly stop iron supplementation if haemoglobin is normal.
