You have pain may be due to gum disease known as gingivitis and plaque deposition. Go to a dental clinic for scaling. This will help you. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash three times a day after each meal. Use crest toothpaste. Keep your mouth clean. Brush properly. You can consult me also for further advice.

Take half of this tablet every day in the morning with some milk. But do not continue for more than one month unless advised by a doctor. Vitamin C helps in improving immunity and in the case of teeth problems.

I want to know if I am really unwell I am always sad and irritated and anger is always on the peak and having negative emotional changes.

1. If you have recurrent attack of cold you may be having sinusitis/allergic rhinitis 2. Take plain xray pns/ct scan of pns after consulting ent specialist to exclude sinusitis and take treatment accordingly. If it is chronic sinusitis you have to undergo endoscopic sinus surgery 3. If it is due to allergic rhinitis, do an allergy test after consulting allergy specialist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow the treatment and advice accordingly.
