Hello, Take, plenty of water to hydrate your body. ?Take, apples, carrots,� cheese,� pumpkins seeds, almonds, walnuts, black chocolates to strengthen your pelvic, groin & penile� muscles. Hi. Q sera serum you can continue for long time without any side effects but don't use halovate lotion for long it s a steroid.

Treatment of grey hair is pretty challenging. I would advise you biotin and calcium pantothenate combination tablets for atleast 6-8 months. They are supposed to be effective and quite good. Results though are ambiguous. However, they need to be continued for 4-6 months for the result to be visible. Generally, there is decrease in the progression of the problem and there may be some repigmentation of the hair.

Hello lybrate-user kindly use 1. Altris gel over the scalp (not in the hairs) @night for minimum of 3 months. 2. Tab follihair daily @night for minimum of 3 months 3. Q-sera black serum to be applied 2 ml once daily @morning, post bathing after drying the scalp take care.
