In dehydration there is loss of body fluids, mostly water compared to what we take in through drinking. Normally water is lost from human body in the form of breathe that we take, sweat, urine, and stool. Along with water, salt (sweat) is also lost. Sometimes we do excessive exercise in hot weather that time we lose too much water, our bodies may become out of balance or dehydrated. The common symptoms that may be seen in dehydrated patients are: Fever, shivering, muscle cramps, headache, vomitting, dry skin, less saliva secretion etc. Due to which you will start feeling weak, unhealthy, drowsie, stomachache and body pain. If severe dehydration it can lead to various other problems like shock, epilepsy, blood clot, heart problem etc. To overcome dehydration please care: Rest is required.
