Thanks for the query. There?s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you?re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you?re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. Even if you are able to shed 20-25 kgs weight, you will be perfect. Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45-60 min brisk walk / exercise / gymming .Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only. Avoid simple sugars as far as possible. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables)which are not processed. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Hi, weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat. Have whole grain cereals like millets (bajra, jowar, ragi) and pulses and sprouts. Eat protein rich diet egg whites, sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits like citrus varieties, papaya and leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat heavy breakfast, as 40% of day?s energy comes from breakfast. Moderate lunch and light dinner with maximum fibre and protein?s. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Brisk walking, aerobics, jogging, skipping or any outdoor activity can be done. 3 days a week if resistance training is done it will help. Do not workout for 2 hours as this would lead to loss of muscle mass. Sleep of 7-8 hours will help in releasing all toxins and reduce bloating thus will lead to weight loss.
