Hi, Take Shatavari granules 1-2 tsf twice a day, mixed in a glass of milk.

There is no medicine known to increase breast milk production. It is controlled by a complex mechanism of touch & pressure of breast leading to chain of hormones production resulting in breast milk secretion. In short it is demand & supply mechanism, more a child sucks more he gets Exclusive. Breast feed your child at least for first 5-6 months. You can express milk if child is unable to take due to any reason to ensure constant supply.

Hope you have continued the breast feeding through this one month also. It is said that milk production can be induced even in non pregnant female by stimulation. The stimulation includes sucking, cry, touch and baby care. Factors which improve breast milk 1. Fennel seeds 2. Plenty of water 3. Oats with fruit. Can make with fresh fruits 4. Ginger, garlic 5. All dry fruits 6. Adequate sleep 7. Emptying the breast every 2 hrs irrespective of amount of feed expressed. Constant stimulation is important you can keep the baby on breast before every feed. After that if baby is not drinking, can express with a pump and give. Even pumping is good stimulant.
