Problast Strong capsule contains Calcium,Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol),L-methylfolate, Methylcobalamin(Vitamin B12) and Pyridoxine(Vitamin B6) which is used as nutritional supplement.

Calcium plays a very important role in the body. It is necessary for normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscle, and bone. If there is not enough calcium in the blood, then the body will take calcium from bones, thereby weakening bones.Thus intake of Calcium is necessary to keep the bones strong.
Vitamin D3 is well known for its anti-osteoporotic activity. Vitamin D3 enhances the efficiency of calcium absorption. Therefore, vitamin D3 supplementation is expected to protect against osteoporosis and fractures in those with occult vitamin D3 deficiency.
L-methylfolate is a form of folic acid used to form healthy cells, especially red blood cells.
Methylcobalamin(Vitamin B12) plays a role in the activity of bone cells, bone formation and red blood cell production, all of which impact your bone health.
