Hi lybrate-user take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

Constipation is the side effect of formula feed and especially giving in bottle and you feed with a spoon . GIve breast milk as much as possible and if you give formula give boiled water in between

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. Brush teeth, tongue and gums at least twice a day, eat foods that stimulate the production of saliva like grapefruits, lemons and oranges, if the cause of the bitter taste is gerd or indigestion, adjust one's eating time, drink a lot of water, use cinnamon or cloves, make use of regular peppermints or breath mints.
