Stop using Otrivin drops , use Fluticasome nasal spray one spray in each nose daily in the morning. It takes 1 week to take effect. Also see a ENT Surgeon to rule out if you have DNS

I have become addicted of using otrivin regularly. At least three times a day or more. I do not have any nasal problem. But when I do not use otrivin I feel congestion in nose. Please suggest me to get rid off this.

Try oral antihistamine and apply ointment in nose to get deaddicted with otrivin you gave to determine youself do alom vilom for better air movements.

I use otrivin adult nasal spray. When I pour 2.3 drops in my nose those sometimes just fo. Straight though my through and down. Is it harmful for men to just take those drops down.

Yes this is very harmful because you are using the side effect of the medicine for opening the nose, this causes rhinitis medicamentosa which is no response of the medicines to nose mucosa.

You can use Otrivin S saline drops. Otrivin (Xylometazoline) is not indicated as it causes dryness and rebound increase in nose block with kids.

Mucolite sr capsule is best! twice daily for 5 days. Do not take otrivin. Use nasoclear which will cleanse the passage only. Though not good relief, it is safe for now. Also use karvol plus steam inhalation capsules and do steam inhale with water everyday.
