Osta D Cal suspension contains Calcium, Vitamin D(calcitriol) and minerals like Zinc and Magnesium which is used as bone joint supplement.

Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.Calcium is important for growth and development of bones.
Vitamin D(calcitriol)that is used in the absorption of calcium in the blood. Vitamin D3 helps in processing of essential minerals in the body like Calcium and Phosphorus. Lack of Vitamin D3 results in bone weakening, bone pain, and skin diseases.
Other minerals like Zinc and Magnesium necessary for bone mineralization and bone matrix formation.

you can take calcirol sachet instead of tablets. If this also creates problem, you just get one injection of calcirol or osta d3, 6lac stat.

Hello, I am 30 years male, I have hypo thyroid and my d3 and vitamin b12 are very low. D3 = 30 b12 = 280 can someone suggest me any injections to make my d3 and b12 normal.
