Ossopan D suspension contains Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol) which is used as bone joint supplement.
Calcium carbonate is a mineral that is required for the formation of bones and maintaining them. Calcium carbonate is required to prevent breakage of bones. Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets. Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol) that is used in the absorption of calcium in the blood. Vitamin D3 helps in processing of essential minerals in the body like Calcium and Phosphorus. Lack of Vitamin D3 results in bone weakening, bone pain, and skin diseases.

Pain is due to deficiency of low calcium or vitamin d levels, take tab ossopan mcm one tab daily in between meals, also calcitriol sachet once in a week for 2 months.
Congratulations lybrate-user, yes, it's a high dose. Give maximum 2.5 mi twice a day for 1st 3 months. Most of the newborn babies sleep for 16-18 hours a day, so please wake the baby every 2-3 hours to give breastfeed.

dear Lybrate user , as the infant has not developed the drinking capacity so its better to use dropper , it will be convinient for her and hygienic too
