If you are getting distracted every five, you can?t possibly focus entirely on your work. Request that people don?t interrupt you when working on a big project. If you are required to answer phones and drop-in?s immediately, schedule work when the office is less busy. 2) Structure Your Environment The place you work can have an impact on your ability to focus. Try to locate yourself so you are facing potential distractions such as doors, phones or windows. This way you can take a glance to assess sounds that would otherwise break your focus. 3) Clarify Objectives Know what your goal is clearly before you start. If you aren?t sure what the end result is, the confusion will make it impossible to focus. 4) Divide Blobs. If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn?t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks ? 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Pimple is a skin problem. These are the causes: ? excessive sebum (oil) production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). ? Due to hormonal imbalance and infection by bacteria. These are the best methods to cure pimples fast -: ? To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. ? Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. ? Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. ? you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,? ? Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. ? You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. ? Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder.
