Nufer Z Capsule contains Zinc, Ferrous ascorbate, and Folic acid. Folic acid helps in numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. Mostly important during periods for rapid cell division and growth. It is good for both children and adults as all of us require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.
