NMF E Soap contains Aloe Vera and Vitamin E.
Aloe Vera works to smooth the skin and can improve its overall elasticity. Vitamin E will protect the skin against the sun s rays and can control cases of skin damage including wrinkles and premature skin aging.
NMF E Soap will protect the skin by moisturizing it and adding additional nutrients to it in order to protect the skin.
This is for use as recommended by a physician for the treatment of weakened skin or other parts all around that have aged prematurely.

Directions of Use:
Wet your face or body with water
Apply stretch marks soap
Gently work up lather
Rinse thoroughly

I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and Few diet tips for a healthy skin - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Moisturiser, creams for eye, fairness cream, face wash, etc.whether applying these things is good for skin or not in long run. I mean naturally is it good or not.(for eg using gel for hair makes your hair look very good for that moment but the fact is it is bad for hair)

U can use moisturizer,,there is nothing like fairness cream it's the thing to fool people,,just think one thing if fairness cream can fair a black then why don't African r not using this,,yes hair gel are not good for ur hair,, natural face wash is recommended u can use it,,

You need to include healthy oils in your diet. Almond, sesame, coconut, poppy seeds are rich sources of natural healthy oils. incorporate them in your daily diet. Gargling - take 1 cup warm water + 2 tablespoons sesame oil - use this to rinse your mouth twice daily

You can use Vitamin E cream by body shop. Anti tan cream could be Yuguard but apply it only at bedtime.

Wash the skin with a mild soap to prevent irritation, then dry with a gentle patting motion instead of rubbing. Apply an under-eye cream /moisturiser after cleansing your face. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps u.
