Hi, R you suffering from dandruff. If yes then use antidandruff shampoo twice weekly and your regular shampoo twice weekly. If no dandruff then use mild shampoo like dove. Take high protein diet. Take at least 14 to 15 glasses of water every day. Take care.

See shampoos and conditioners give you conditioning effect only for the external hair. But the root should be getting conditioned so go for multivitamins which have got biotin 10mg and calcium panthonate in it after breakfast. You will find difference in just 2 months.
