What symptoms you have due to nasal infection? If you have symptoms like acrid coryza means irritation at nose itching and plane watery eyes then you take allium cepa 200. If you have irritation at eye n watery nose then take Euprasia 200.

The only remedy I can suggest you is to undergo surgery.The reason why I am recommending this is 1) DNS is a mechanical obstruction which can not be cured with medicines. 2) Nasal polyps are on account of an allergy which has to be removed if you have to get any relief in your symptoms. 3) Sinus infection is on account of the DNS & the polyps. Septoplasty for DNS correction along with FESS for sinus infection and polyps will cure you of your problem.You will feel a lot better. The above mentioned surgeries are done in one sitting. Medicines will not help.

None of them. Take vitamin B12 capsules. And just taking B12 supplements will.not solve the problems. It requires proper corrective treatment.
