Now in ipf/fibrotic, nacfil is not of much use. Prefinax 1800mg in devided doses is prefered drug now. Medicine life long. Not curable. No remission if ipf.

I am 31 years old. I have thyroid and PCOD and I am taking Glygiphiage 500 mg for morning and night. and having Folvit 5 mg in morning and Thyronorm 50mg tablet in Morning and NACFIL Forte Sachaet 5 mg in night time. Finally I had mensus on 01.01.2015 and 22.01.2015 I got few drops of blood . but normally I have mensus in 29 to 30 days time. but till 17th feb 2015 I don't have get mensus. please tell me this is pregnant or what? 2 times I had pregnant and abortion. due to belated ovem. my question is this is pregnant or not? I have vomiting sensus as well as pain in stomach for 2 days?

Main problem is ild (hsp)-fibrotic, sept 2013' one course of steroid for 12 months 16mg medrol. Tapered down to 4mg. Stopped in November 2014. Scan done in feb 2015 revealed mild increase and confirmed hsp with early stages of honey combing. 8mg medrol restarted from feb 8 mg daily till march and after that medrol 8 mg alternate days till date. Other medicines nacfil 600mg tads, azoran 50 bd ands shecal hd. Question 1 for hsp (ild) fibrotic is remission possible 2. Longevity of life is it affected 3. Isthis correct course of treatment 4. Dr. pulmanologist of aims is treating 5is it a stable disease and can I expect decent longevity of 15 years.

Hi, I am 26 years old female. I am married for the past 1 and half years and have been planning for a baby ever since. I got my last periods on 21/12/2015 and I was asked to scan on 30/12/2015. Report ET=6mm uterus 6.04.63.7 ovaries are bulky with tiny immature follicles 2 to 4 mm diameter. Rt ovary 3.82.92.3 cm vol 13.2cc and left ovary 3.83.02.3cm vol 13.7cc. Features polycystic like ovaries. I was asked to take a follicular scan on day 14 I. E 3/1/2016 my right ovary had 10.3mm n left ovary had 9.8 mm maturing follicle with ET 7mm. I was on M2tone syrup n folic acid 5mg n after this scan my doc prescribed me nacfil tablets 600mg n on day 17 I. E on 6/1/2016, I was told to have RO cyst 5.25.24.6 mm and left ovary follicle 9.3mm n ET 11.6mm. We were shocked and when consulted doc she told. To have delivery. I have doubt about the tablets and the treatment given by her. Please guide us. I stopped all medicines now.
