Meglow Cream

I am 27 years old men since 5 years back I am getting dark complexion over my prominent forehead and over a bread area hence this is increasing gradually. Now it looks prominently and everyone ask about y are you looking black now days. I Tried many creams like agility Cream, Brite Cream, suncros lotion, meglow cream, still now results. Though I am small in age but looks like old men everyone thinks my age is 32/33. This hurts me more hence in school days I was being not black as compared to now. I am Resident I use to go for night duty trice in week so my sleep is very less at night if I sleeps more in day I become sleepless whole night. This is my sleep cycle please suggest me a good medicine.
