Hi doctor, undergone c section 1 month ago. While I undressed incision a small opening is there doctor said to keep it dry. But one stitch didn't heal same I kept it dry. I used betadine lotion on stitches. After 15 days I found small hole on either side and puss is getting from both holes. Doctor gave antibiotics 5 days course. It didn't healed and other small hole came up. Doctor saying may be thread is not dissolving in your body use megaheal ointment and antibiotics. I saw another wound upon the hole what should I do now. Im using antibiotics, ointment and keeping it dry too. Control blood sugar strictly. Debridement of wound. Consider local oxygen therapy. Appropriate antibiotic locally and systemetically.

Hi doctor, good evening. Yesterday late evening accidentally while cooking, hot oil poured on my leg. I put the affected area in running water for 7 to 8 minutes and then visited a hospital emergency where they applied silverex gel. Today morning there are some blisters have come up and one portion of the leg where maximum hot oil had fallen have become blackened. I had visited a plastic surgeon today who prescribed megaheal which I have applied. There is no pain today but blisters are there. Please suggest if any oral antibiotics to be taken for quick recovery. Regards.
