Mega V tablet contain Folic acid. Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine.
It is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.

Usage:-
Mega V tablet is used for the treatment of nutritional anaemia that occurs especially during pregnancy and lactation.
Mega V tablet is also taken by pregnant females to prevent birth defects in the developing foetus.

Hello, Taking supplements can never be the solution .You have to make sure you include lots of vitamin B12 sources in the diet.Involved in energy metabolism,Vitamin B12 should be supplied through regular diet.Include lean chicken,low fat dairy products ,nuts,fortified cereals etc.Make sure you are getting Vitamin B12 investigated every 12 months.
