For slip disc only medicines can not help, you need to maintain proper posture, must takr calcium and vitamins rich diet and apply hot pack twice a day to reduce pain if feeling severe. Visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for 2 weeks.

Never take medicine for eye without proper check up. It is clear that you are trying to self medicate. Once the eyes are damaged there is no way to clear it.
