Hello patient excess masturbation leads to many sexual problem such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, thin, bend and small penis, loss of libido. High protein diet usually goes in gaining muscles but if the amount of protein intake does not match your level of physical workout like going to the gym or jogging etc .then the exceed protein tends to be stored in he body as uric acid and may result in future ailment. Please take muscles gaining suppliment under the guidance d dance of a good dietitian or a certified physical fitness person. And file their instructions.
