I am 33 years old housewife with gastrointestinal problem. My height is 5'5" and weight is 44 Kg. My weight reduced rapidly from 55 kg to 44 kg post birth of my only baby girl in 2014 and I got weaker physique and reduced stamina. Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night and Take tablet Pan-L before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don?t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
