Hi . You seem to have irritable bowel disease due to intake of spicy diet. Avoid spicy food intake for a month and take capsule lactovit once a day (after breakfast) for one month.
You should take fibre rich diet. Intake of green vegetables and fresh fruit. Avoid oily spicy junk food, fast food, sugar containing beverages like soft drinks. Do regular physical exercises
maintenance of hydration properly.
Due to bone cutting there is pain and due to removal of tooth there is a hole. Kindly visit the dentist to look into the matter. Usually pain is there for 4-5 days to one week.
