Risk of HIV and STDs is directly proportional to number of sexual contacts/exposures. It is certainly safer to have used condoms, single or double doesn't matter much, but risk is still there. Take HIV, Hep B and VDRL tests at 90 days after last exposure. If Hep B negative, take Hep B vaccines.
