Kerasol F Lotion

I am 37 years old. No diabetes. High bp, taking vital 40. I have a huge corn under my left foot for the last 3 yrs. Used different cream, salicylic acid, urea, kerasol f lotion etc. But did not work. The size is getting bigger now. Also feeling pain while walking, even in rest condition. Pls give some solution.
