Johnsons baby soap and glycerine will not help you in decreasing the black spots. You would require chemical peels or skin lightening creams to decrease the spots. Have fruits rich in Vit C.

Hi, i?m riya. I?m 22. My face, neck and feet are darker than my body. No matter what I do, they get tanned. Also, I have hyperpigmentation going on around my mouth and chin. I have few pimples (not the pus ones) and their tiny scarring even though I don?t pop them out. I got pink scarring all over my cheeks. I use adaferin on pimple and I have used aha bha peels a few times, but not in past 1 month. At night I use a hyaluronic acid moisturiser and during the day time, either johnson?s baby cream or emolene (glycol and urea) and sunscreen when I go out. Please suggest me something that lightens my complexion equal to my rest of the body parts and the scarring remedy.

Various reasons could lead to hyper pigmentation it could be the toothpaste you use, the products you use if you touch your face too much on those areas all these things lead to hyper pigmentation. Thus we need to assess your lifestyle and get some information on your history after which only we can prescribe you medicines or recommend any treatments. Unless I see the pictures of your scars I cannot suggest much. If you wish i'd like to see the snaps first and then confirm the diagnosis and advice accordingly.
