you should continue medicine as per your psychiatric prescription. My advice is - Take a short break from your job, work responsibility minimum 2-3 weaks, go for a family holiday, do something creative, spend sometime with nature, feel the natures beauty, identify your hobby and enjoy it. Do some deep breathing exercise, listen your favourite songs, forget everything about your profession for one week. After one week try to remind and write your achiements, studies, positive feedbacks from your patients, your inner strength's, etc. You feel better and some amazing benefits just by taking a short break for yourself.
