Get rid of a pimple Ice - Wrap the ice in a clean soft cotton cloth and place on the pimple for few minutes. Keep on rubbing the ice on the pimple for 5-7 minutes, it will subside a pimple. Then apply toothpaste and let it sit overnight. The next morning wash your face with warm water to see the result.

My son got dry skin, situation aggrieved by change of season, will consumption of Aloe Vera juice will help in skin moisturizing.

Stop using betnovate n cream. It wil damage your facial skin. Stop all anti acne cream you are using at present. These medications will not work in acne. For tiny bumps (grade 1 acne) you can use adapalene / tretinoin cream for 2 wks (need to apply only after proper examination by a dermatolgist. U can also use a good sunscreen that suits your skin.
