No need to give anything to your baby if you breastfeed him/her properly and exclusively. Weight gain has already started and will gradually go on if there is no other problem.

My baby is born in 37th week 1.6 kg weight only due to my gestational bp. Now my baby weight is 3.4 kg running 3 months 16 days. I used 30 sachets of lactodex hmf in this mean time. doctor recommended formula milk, fat oil in mother milk and to stop lactodex hmf. But I do not want to give formula milk. Is it safe to continue lactpdex hmf only for 1 more month?

I will suggest you go with you doctor advice. Because he/she is clinically observing your baby on regular bases. Keep calm don't be stressed to much. Take care.

Please try to improve your nutrition. Eat high protein and high fibre diet. Spinach, groundnut+sesameseed husk powder , egg, bread will improve your milk production. Also try pumping milk with breast pump, the more you pump the more you produce milk. May be you kid is finding difficult to empty your breast completely. Try all these along with formula, breast milk is always best when compared to formulas.
